How to Fill Out the Form
Fill in the general information indicating the location(s) of your point of contact for returnees. You will have to fill in a new form for each contact or area. If you have more than 10 entries, please contact us below. This information is requested for each field (red indicates required fields): Country: The country of your point of contact (e.g. UK, Spain, Japan, South Korea, etc.). City: The city where your point of contact is located (e.g. Tokyo, London, Madrid, etc.). Area: Metropolitan areas can be quite large. Enter the specific area where your contact is located (e.g. East End, Gangnam-du). Your Name: Enter your name, not the name of your contact. Those looking for a connection for their returnees will contact you. Email: Enter your primary email address. Your @isionline.org address is preferred. An alternative email address may be used if there are security concerns. Phone: Enter a phone number where you may be contacted. Please use this format: ___-___-___. Additional Information: Is there anything else you would like us to know about this contact (e.g. speaks Mandarin and Cantonese)? Thank you for your participation! |
